Account & Billing

Organization name, billing address, payment method (tokenized), and invoicing history.

Driver & Fleet Data

Driver name, phone, license info, vehicle ID, certifications, shift schedules.

Operational Telemetry

GPS location, trip history, route details, sensor telemetry.

How we use your data

Sharing & disclosures

Integrations

Third-party TMS, ELD vendors, mapping providers. Integration data sharing occurs only when you enable it.

Service Providers

Cloud hosting, payment processors, customer support platforms under contract.

Legal Requests

We disclose data in response to lawful requests with due process.

Security

Security is core: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access, audit logs, and SOC-style controls.
