Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel add‑ons anytime from Billing. Changes apply immediately and are prorated. If you cancel paid add‑ons, your workspace automatically switches back to the Free Forever plan and all data, loads, routes, and documents remain available.
The Free plan includes help center articles and email support. Paid add‑ons include priority support and live chat. Enterprise customers receive onboarding assistance, admin training, and an SLA. Regardless of plan, system status and incident updates are public.
